Hello HR Folks of India,
I hope you all are doing well!

I am an incoming student at UCL for their MSc Finance Programme. As the title of the post suggests, I am looking for an advice from the recruiters if the degree is really worthy in India.
I want to break into Venture Capital in India. If I am not able to immediately realise my goal post graduating from the programme, I am open to explore corporate finance role like Business Valuation as well.

A little about my Professional Journey: Over the time, I have worked across range of roles. I spent a year working for an edtech startup of an ex-McKinsey Consultant based in Germany. Then, I moved to a corporate role at a boutique consulting firm where I joined their Financial Accounting Advisory Team to refine the accounting processes of their major US client. After the stint of 1.5 years with the corporate, now I have joined my family business to expand our business in international market. It's been about 1.5 years now.

As an HR, would you want an individual like me to be a part of your VC or Financial Services firm in India?
