Im presently supporting an African company in finalising a contractor in India and will provide operational/technical services in the future once the contract is finalised. As the company is not aware of this contract, they wish to take my support as an Operations Manager remotely.
They wish to offer 1% share on the Nett profit every month as a Salary compensation.
Pls advise on how this can be negotiated as a better deal , becoz 1% on the profit looks to be very low value from the monthly sales of company which is newly established.
Taxation on the income in both the countries also need to be accounted as expenses.
