Dear all, One of our employees has a retirement age of 58 years stated in their appointment letter. However, the company management wishes to extend their retirement age, as the employee is currently serving as a "Factory Manager." Could you please advise if management is permitted to extend the retirement age? Additionally, what would be the implications for superannuation contributions?
