I joined as Executive in a private limited company in Pune, Maharashtra with turnover 5 cr and employee strength 50 people since 02-Jan-2024. I was appointed with 06 months Probation period. My probation was completed on 01-July-2024. Please help me to understand how may leaves I was entitled to during probation and post confirmation. As per my knowledge, during probation any leave taken is loss of pay. However, accumulated leaves during probation period will be added after confirmation.
