Hi all, I have worked in XXX MNC i resigned in Xxx company with all proper formalities.
Then, I got a new offer from another YYY company. I joined only one day (virtual indexation) on my personal laptop, then drafted a mail to the concerned HR of YYY company. I'm going to resign on the date of the virtual indexation itself. I have not gone to the YYY company.

But the problem is here,
In my PF portal service history, the new YYY company is visible; I did not receive any payment like (F&F), and then I tried to reach out to the concerned authorities of YYY company, but they are not responding.

If I join a new company, do I need to explain the YYY company issue in the interview process itself? Or if I do not tell the YYY company issue, will I face any issues in the new company during the BGV process?

Kindly suggest me..

If the company YYYY has enrolled you under PF, then you should say why did you leave that company. You cannot hide the one day service.
