I worked in bajaj finserv as aprentice. My work was a work from home job. I had a training of two weeks through online. After training i left my job. After some days i got a mail from bfl to pay 2600 rs dbt recovery charges from the excess salary paid to me. But i wasnt paid my salary for two weeks. After some time i got mails from their law firm about it. It stated that i need to pay 2600 rs from my salary paid to me or they will go legal. I contacted my hr. She said i need to pay it. Then i showed her my bank statement as proof that i didnt recieve salary. After that she called me and said to ignore those mails. I also contacted a lawyer about it. He said this case is invalid because i wasnt paid anything and no company will go legal for just 2600 rs. Is there any chance this might be a problem for me in future? Does any company like bajaj sue their employee for recovering2600 rs.?

Hi, You can ignore those communication but reply to the email stating the fact that you haven’t received any salary from them . Preserve the same for your records.

Dear Anonymous,
The claim is void in absence of payment or excess payment as the party claims. You write a letter quoting your discussion had with the person, send it in regd post as well in mail. Leave the incident in backyard of your memories for future.
