I recently heard at a seminar about giving Quarterly increments instead of yearly increments. The suggestion was that it helps to retain talent and also encourages the team.
Has anyone implemented this kind of system, and what's your experience?
Also, I would like to hear the thoughts of all HR experts about this concept. What is your expert opinion about this kind of increment system?
