Hello, Everyone, this is Leo Steavart, HR Generalist from a startup company in Hyderabad.
I am facing a few challenges in the recruitment process for closing the positions
1. Senior Director of Marketing
2. Senior Team Leaders
3. Senior Marketing Heads
4. Senior President
5. Senior Vice President
The main challenge in this recruitment is that I should recruit them through social media. I also need the above-mentioned candidates who can work commission-based. There is no fixed salary, no PF, no ESI, no HRA, and no special allowances, only commission-based pay for the above-mentioned positions. This is a requirement in Hyderabad for a Real Estate company.

Kindly suggest me some ways in closing these positions or any suggestions.

If you need people with good caliber, driving attitude etc, you should offer good salaries, good incentives and good perquisites. Jib security is another important point. If you just offer commission, you can manage the show by taking the help of some agents not by employing professionally qualified and experienced persons. Therefore, change it in to fixed remuneration, or make it at least 60 percent fixed and 40% variable. Then only you can get good candidates.

Hey Leo,

I could completely understand your issue, it's difficult to rope marketing fellas
Best part is you have the options to hire commission basis.

Try via Telegram communities/Linked IN groups/social media, the consistent try may result in the best.
For me telegram worked better.

Thanks,
Swathy

I seriously doubt that the kind of persons you are looking for (obviously senior and with experience) will bother to respond to you even when you are offering only commission and no salary.

If they wanted to work on pure commission in real estate, they would be brokers and not bother to work with a company and follow its rules, as well as be dependent on the efficiency or business model of someone else.
