Hi, I started a new role in the Textile shop/clothing store as an HR. However, I am very novice about the legal and statutory compliance part in this sector. Previously, I worked in the manufacturing industry, which comes under the Factories Act and has many statutory procedures. Please advise me: What are the IF Forms, Acts Displays, Training and other statutory documents and legal documents that should be maintained in the Textile shop/Clothing store as per the Shops and Establishment Act?
