I have submitted form-10D for my father for the Monthly Pension of his PF. But my claim was rejected stating the reason " 1) FATHER NAME MENTIONED IN THE FORM9 DIFFERS WITH MEMBER LEDGER AND CLAIM PL CLARIFY 2) FATHERS NAME DIFFERS".
What do I need to do for the claim to be successful? Kindly let me know.
