We are on the process of recruiting manpower . Preferably fresh graduate engineers and people with 2 to 3 years experiance . As lot of candidates are appearing for the interview , we find it difficult to filter the right candidate . In this regard, we are looking for any standard question paper to evaluate their analytical , psychological skill . For functional , we will prepare on our own

This sort of testing needs to be done by a qualified psychologist specialising in this field.

You will never find the right people if you resort to this sort of nonsense.
