I am working as a driver in an agricultural firm at Ambala Cantt, and the company changed its policy without any notice. Additionally, they didn't provide me with my joining letter, appointment letter, and Standing Order. Could I demand all these from the company? If yes, how? Please let me know the process.

30 minutes lunch break is excluding the working hours of 8 hours.

Though a Standing Order is not required for a small organization, the employer is expected to provide an appointment order. You can ask for that.
