It is a common occurrence for employees to leave their jobs at a high frequency in many companies. As per government guidelines, we are obligated to enroll them in EPF and ESIC right from the beginning. However, if they resign within a short period of time, usually a month or two, we are then required to initiate the process of removing their names from these platforms. This practice is viewed by some senior individuals as a drain on the company's resources and time. Is there a viable solution to mitigate this challenge?

Not all the companies face this situation but companies face high rate of attrition because of the culture of the organisation and the way in which the managers treat the employees. If you create a good atmosphere by offering good salary, security and recognition, your employees will never leave you. Exiting an employee from the ESI or PF records is not a big task and for that one need not engage a full time employee also. But if you have engaged one person exclusively for that you have no other choice but to make the other employee happy by offering good salary etc.
