Gratuity money while on maternity leave without rejoin

My DOB :13 Aug2018 and took ML on 28 Mar 2023 till 26 sep 2023. I want resign Am I eligible for gratuity? or can I get by rejoin in office

You are eligible for payment of gratuity. However, we suggest you to please follow the company policy (as per separation clause in your appointment letter).

Assuming 13.08.18 to be the date of joining service and th period from 28th March to 26th September to be Maternity leave, you are eligible for Gratuity.
