We are into manufacturing of Auto components in Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Location , Kindly advise adjustment to compensation for exceeding overtime working limit of 52 hours /month

The Factories Act 1948 provides for maximum OT of 12 hours, there is no legal method to prolong it beyond. Various organisations have worked out informal ways to get work done beyond such limits.It is not proper to share them in open forum
