Company offer an alternate Saturday off and I want to convince them to offer 5 days working

Dear Friends, I'm planning to go for an interview and this company offer an alternate Saturday off and I want to convince them to offer 5 days working. I'm unable to understand how do I make this happen. It is a good recycling company.

When a Company follow alternate Saturday off policy they may not treat your case as exception. However there is nothing wrong in sharing your expectation about 5 days working.

By the by if Company is good why not you can compromise?

Since the company is in the recycling business, it makes sense to have more working days, and work from home option is not there. The company is giving two Saturdays off is in itself a relaxation and to seek more of them may not be appreciated.
