Need Fnf Letter format in word format .. also wanted to know if we can hold the FNF incase employee has left without serving notice
From India
Hi,

Normally Full and Final Settlement computation sheet will be given, what do you mean by Full and Final Letter format. In the FFS computation sheet itself employee can be asked to sign that " I accept & agree and have no claim /further dues to be claimed from the Company.

When employee left without information you need to follow proper discipliary process and provide the employee with ample opportunity to report back. Even the if the employee didn't report back then amount equivalent to notice period from FFS can be recovered.

Regarding your second question, holding the FNF settlement in case of an employee leaving without serving notice depends on the company's policy and the terms mentioned in the employment contract. Some companies may withhold the settlement or recover the notice period salary from the dues, while others may not have such provisions. It is recommended to refer to the company's policies and consult with the HR department to determine the appropriate action to take in such situations.
