Dear Azeezat-Azeez,

What HRMS do you have? Generally, performance tracking is a part of the HRMS. Therefore, you need not create a separate tracker as such.

By the way, for tracking the performance, you need software. Otherwise, doing it manually will be difficult and time-consuming also. Otherwise, you may develop a programme on MS Access on your own.
