The company's year is April to March. 1 CL gets accrued after every 45 days. CL gets lapsed at the end of the year. CL accrual starts from the next month of employee's confirmation. If an employee gets confirmed in February, as per accrual calculation, 1 CL will get accrued to his/her account on 14th April. Is it acceptable? Because, out of 45 days, 31 days are in March, i.e., the previous year. Can those 31 days of March be considered in the accrual calculation?
