Greeting to All, So i have been tasked to work on the holiday calendar for the yr 2023 and this work from home situation just complicate that for me.
We have two offices in India, and I made the list according to the two locations. However, I heard back from the management that we need to cater to all the locations we have WFH employees from, which has increased the number from 2 to 10 locations.

My reservations on this are that if this happens there will be availability issues of team members when needed and in the long run it will be operational nightmare.

let me know you thoughts on this please.
