Hello Everyone, Myself Yogeshwari, HR, we are in process of fixing salaries according to the grades of our employees as we are just a start-up company. We are in the retail industry. Kindly help me with the Grading structure and salaries.

If the organization has already been decided on different grades within the organization, then for fixing remuneration you may follow the following process:-

1.0 Check the remuneration structure of similar organization at the locality.

2.0 Decide on policy about remuneration - 50 percentile, 6o percentile, 75 percentile of the market or below / more.

3.0 Before taking any final call, please understand the organization's capacity to pay.

4.0 While considering remuneration package, consider in totality which at CTC level including cash, non cash and all perks.
