Question is not clear. Candidate provided wrong information at the time of interview and you came to know about the same after his joining with the Company? Is it related to his qualification or previous experience? Whatsoever it may be if the candidate joined with the Company, his services can be terminated for providing wrong information after proper investigation.

You can reject his candidature, as a candidate need to put his signature as his undertaking in the form of "declaration" in the Employment Application form, that falsification of information supplied can lead to rejection of his candidature and termination of his employment, if appointed.
