Hi friends, I have one doubt, As an HR, is 90 days notice period is applicable even for HR person, Or We can relieve in 30 days Kindly clear my doubt, please Thanks Vidhya

Notice period shall vary according to employment categories. it can be 30 days for workers, 2 months for junior officers and, of course, three months for managers. This depends on the management decisions in this regard. But among the same catagory, it shall be common, if possible. HR is no exemption in this regard.

Depending upon cadre of employees, notice period differs. Notice period of a HR executive and
and HR manager varies. But Management of Company has sole discretionary power to waive off part or full notice period.
