Hi All, Right now, I am working in a company. In our organization, few of the employees have taken the EPF amount by showing the exit date by the employer; again, they joined the organization to continue their employment. While joining them, they should insert their UAN number into the establishment in order to avail of the EPF benefits. However, while crediting the amount to the newly created member ID, they credited the EPF amount to the already claimed member ID. Now the EPF is showing an error like "The Claim Already Settled, Hence rejected". Now, the employees cannot take Advance, Transfer or withdraw the amount stuck in the previous member ID. Kindly guide us through this to solve the issue as soon as possible. The screenshot has been attached for reference.

Member ID in which claim is already settled in 00249, but the amount is credited to the same account.
Newly created member ID ending with 10601. The amount has to be transferred from 00249 to 10601, but the above-mentioned error is showing that the member ID account ending with 00249 is settled. Kindly advice. Thank you
