Hi all, Last month, I resigned from my job, and now I got a new job in a private MNC, but now there is a case cheque bounce case on me under sec 138. I settled the amount on 15th Feb (that was my hearing date in court, but I did not go) by speaking with the bank, but the case is now extended hearing on 29th March. Now day after tomorrow is my joining date, will this pending case (case is showing as pending upon checking) will terminate my job if employer see pending criminal case (sec 138). Please advise.
