Dear Sir,
I had given resignation during notice period, as per the offer 2 months notice to be given. Iam following the company terms and given 2 months notice period during probation.
Sir the company had bad reputation in terms of resignation, eventhough you serve they will not pay your money and final settlement. I had contacted my 6 numbers ex employees of this company, they said the company will not pay you even after serving notice period. Company Name is Ricetec machinery Pvt Ltd. I had given resignation through email its already 2 days gone but company not responding. Kindly advise what should I do? I will serve notice period and the company has to pay my salary, expenses, incentives etc.,
Sir kindly give guidance 🙏

Your employer has a bad reputation in terms of treatment to the resigned employees. You have resigned from service during probation and hence two month notice period has to be served. If the company fails to pay you salary, you may need to initiate legal proceedings in the matter. Threaten them with legal action and start legal consultation for the same.

From your post, one can easily infer that your company is resorting to unfair labour practices.
Since you have already submitted your papers, you wait patiently for a very smooth exit, by
collecting your relieving order and final amount. If your company is not complying with
separation clause as an "Employer", please lodge an online grievance with Telengana Labour Deptt.,
by using the following link. Share full name and address, Labour registration certificate no. if any
to the authorities

Santosh,

You have not disclosed in what capacity of employment you worked in the company - as a workman ,supervisor or manager? Statutory method of grievance redressal depends upon it only.

If you were employed in the capacity of workman, then you, as well as others so affected, can file a claim before the area Labor Court u/s 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947.
In any other case file a civil suit against the company for breach of contract of service claiming damages and costs.

Sir I'm working as a sales officer for this company, its a 80-100 manpower based manufacturing company. They will use all loop holes in the HR system and target the resigned person. Few ex-employees get threats from police station also, police called them and said you cheated the company you need to come police station.
Very recently one of the snr manager was resigned but his 45 days was not released. I felt very painful because the manager worked very hard to upbringing the company. Sir they even not paid salaries to resigned car or vehicle drivers. Sir every month they will change aya"s I mean kitchen helper or tea supplier. Kindly understand the company attitude,
Sir I need complete support from this platform to fight against this kind of fraudsters.
