Dear Colleague,
I personally see that there is a very good Opportunity hidden in this new opening of role for you to learn and perform the US Recruitment also additionally. US Hiring as you know is a specialized profile and it will add much great value to your CV. Now, you may find it as additional work or a burden and without any monetary benefits you are doing this role also. But see the other side of the Coin. The Company is giving a Golden Chance to you as internal candidate having known your potential and they want to groom you better for further roles in the company. We know the difficulties as a single hand managing the entire HR for this company but company also knows it and definitely I see a big opportunity for you and take up this with all happiness and cheers.

Opportunities will come to you and you need to grab it as it is to grow in the ladder. You will definitely down the line in next 4 or 5 years, will find your CV more stronger and you will be in a better position within or outside the company with more command in your Role if you take up this chance and work with all positivity. All the Best and God Bless!!!
