Millennial's always have too many employment expectations that may not be satisfied and they always want to move on to something better instead of trying hard to accept the work nature.

Millennials are always eager to learn new technologies and always would like to move forward in their career.

Solution :
Keep a track of their professional upgrades and provide them more opportunities that help in the growth of organization.

Distracted frequently
Millennials are Ambitious as well as easily distracted, they are distracted by social media or other platforms due to boring tasks.

Millennial secretly work towards their career development and would like to pick the right direction in their career.
