I got an offer letter from one of the employer. They confirmed me joining date and asked me to join on a given date as mentioned in Offer letter. Then suddenly 2 days prior HR called me and told me I ain't Graduate so we can't board you.
Wherein I have already mentioned in the Interview that I am an Undergraduate. And It is mentioned on Resume also which I have shared with them.
Now, HR is telling my management isn't accepting Undergraduates. I have accepted the Offer they provided me but still they're now denying it.
Now, I am Jobless. Could you please let me know. Whether What action I can take or else should I be able to get any compensation for this Mistake from Employer. Because I do have commitments and I can't remain Jobless even a Single Month.
