Dear Seniors, What are all documents to be maintained compliance-wise for a warehouse unit? There is no production involved. Please advice.

Dear Colleague,
Your Wearhouse depending on the number of employees employed will come under Shops and Establishment Act.
Form A: Registration, Renewal and Report Change of information of establishment.
Form P: Fixing different days for weekly holidays.
Form F & Form H: Maintaining employee leave a record (Form F) and share a copy to the employee (Form H)
Form T: Employee daily attendance.
Form R: Permission to allow women to work after 8 PM.
Form U: Annual Report for the year ending with 31st December shall be submitted before 31st January of next year.

There is a combined register as attached

You need to maintain the relevant records apart from PF/ESI/ Maternity/ National and Festival Holiday's Act, Wages Registers, Attendance Registers, Minimum Wages Registers and so on.

Dear Colleague,

In addition to the forms listed above there would be compliances required to be abided by based upon the nature of goods that you shall store in your warehouse. So what is it that you will have to divulge for further assistance.
