Hi, Need help under EPFO Callahan:
Case -01
If there is no work done by the contractor during the month, the contract has paid no wages to his employees... then only rs 75/- needs to deposit in account no 2..is this correct?
Case 02
If contractor pay wages and as per calculation in account no-2( 0.5% of wages) is less than Rs 500/- then needs to pay Rs 500/-. is this correct
Please advise.
