Hi, I got relieved from company A and I joined company B 1month back and i did not like the work culture in company A.
I got another job in company C where joining is on Dec 23rd (they cant extend the joining). Today is Dec 21st. And company B notice is 15 days in probation so now If I abscond I'm not sure I will receive my December salary in company B(i need to pay my bills) so can I join company C on 23rd and take a salary from B? Will it be a problem as it will be considered as dual employment for 1 week? I dont require a company B relieving letter for company C.

Dear Kiran,

Whether you require relieving letter from Company B or not for whatever reason, it is breach of the exit clause of your contract of employment leaving the job without notice and complying with the notice conditions. I think you are well aware of this legal position. After some time, if you don't like the job in Company C also, what will you do?If by chance, you are able to find a berth in a dream Company of your choice, your candidature may be rejected because your abandonment in the past. Switching jobs is a personal choice if you happened to be highly employable. Not only academic qualifications, experience and efficiency of a job seeker that make him highly employable, but employability has certain other aspects like honouring the terms of the contract of employment, consistency of tenure etc.

At some point of time, job-hoppers would be jobless. Above all, in matters of employment, nobody can give you better advice than yourself.
