I am planning to pursue the Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) certification to enhance my career and explore better job opportunities.

IIMs, XLRI, Symbiosis are doing programs on Training and Development intermittently with pre-announcement. You need to be in touch with these institutes for undergoing reputable as well as cost-effective programs.
Another option is to participate in a program offered by the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), which is an exclusive course on Training and Development. I am attaching an old handout with details, but you can also approach the Society for information on current programs or details of the next program. All the best.
