Hi Can somebody help with start-up company how to design leave policy with minimum leaves as per Act?

If the new start up company is covered under the Factories Act - please follow leave as per Factories Act . But if it is under Shops and Establishment Act follow the State S & E Act/Rule for leave.

Also please check the surrounding practice and then frame the Leave Policy.
