Hi, I am working with a leading Telecom ISP company as a commercial lead for the last 9.7 yrs. From Jul'21 there are certain issues from our end customer (RJIO) which resulted in holding of payments from our Invoices to this our Business Head started blaming me and forcing me to resign. I strongly responded to the Business Head that the payments kept on hold require HR and project team intervention to release the hold payments. My question is whether material reconciliation and IR compliance are coming under the KRA of commercial!

Post this my BH, circle team & HR started harassing me to put the papers without providing me valid reasons on mail to which I have complained to the higher management on 4th Oct'21 for further investigation. Now higher management has organized 2 rounds of discussion where they raised a few points which I have given appropriate justification with proof to which they come up with the issuance of transfer letter with change in role to a different location under the same department and BH without my prior consent.

Since I am already settled in one location for the last 15 years with 2 kids so it is not possible to relocate myself which I have informed the management the day I received the letter but no response received till date. Now the HR has issued an absconding letter communicated to my personal mail ID and asked me to report within 7 days from the date of receiving the letter to which I replied that it is already informed to the management and waiting for a response.
Since all these proceedings is heading nowhere so I have written that I am morally and mentally exhausted which is adversely affecting me and my family so please release me at the earliest.

Soon after this, I got a call from HR that we have gone through your email where you wrote to release me so please put up a resignation!
Kindly suggest to me what should be my further course of action!
