Dear Sirs, One of the workers met with an accident during the course of employment for 1.6 years back, management has taken care of him medically and financially. He lost his right hand up to the elbow and continued in the employment.

He got Govt. Job and raised a claim at Dy. Commissioner of Labour for compensation recently. The authority has issued a memo to the management why the intimation has not been done and asked about compensation. Kindly guide me on the subject matter
