Work culture policy for a chemical organization?

You could have given a little more information about your company. What is the nature of your industry, what is your finished product or service, how many employees work in your company, what is the customer profile and so on.

Asking for a policy to design a specific work culture would be a simplistic view of life. If giving a shape to a work culture were to be that easy, then the consultancy business of the drafters who draft the policies would have thriven in a big way. However, things are not that simple.

The work culture is a result of the actions and decisions of top leadership. Work culture is a reflection of the mindset of the top leadership. What is personality to a person is work culture to the organisation. Changing both, though not impossible, is very difficult too.

General Comments for other Members: - Before raising a query, members are expected to do some basic reading of the subject. It appears that the members raise the query as and when some sporadic thought creeps into their mind. When the posts written in minimal words recur and that too without giving any background information, it reflects the scatteredness and irregularity of the members' thought process.
