i have one doubt in epfo, in salary how to we deduct pf, we calculate gross salary or basic , DA and other allowance (except HRA),
i give the example for now what we do.
Basic+DA+HRA+Med allow+Transport allow+con allow=Gross salary
in pf calculation (Gross salary -HRA) if that amount come 15000 above 1800 we deduct.
if that amount come below 15000 we deduct 12%(14999*12%) it's correct,
kindly clear my doubt sir.
