Factory has ESI/PF registered since long ago and lost its employees after lockdown. All new employees who joined now have Salary (Basic + DA) above 18000/-
So now the PF has 0 employees in it and ESI has some employees. How to tackle the PF issue. Won't it be a problem that there are 0 PF employees. How to tackle EPFO department compliance when the factory has 0 PF employees? (New employees do not have any old PF account or UAN number)

If the EPF Act is not applicable to the new employees because of their salary exceeding threshold limit for coverage, where is the question of " tackling the PF"? You have to simply leave the matter as it is. If the EPF authorities come for inspection, you have to show them the register of wages to prove the fact. If your wage structure complies with the definition of wages under the Act, there will be no problem at all.
If you are more employee-centric and your employees also willing, you may go in for voluntary enrolment.

Whatever Mr. Umakanthan M has been mentioned, please take FORM -11 (Revised ) declaration from the employee stating whether they were earlier member of EPFO or not. If any one of them was member earlier, then his PF should continue though the employee's salary exceeding threshold limit for coverage if the employee has not closed his/her earlier PF account.

Thank you for your timely responses sirs.
The Employer was worried that department will make an issue that if previously PF employees were there, then why not today. That is why I asked how to tackle the issue, but your response has now sorted the issue.
@Nanu Sir, a general query - If employee having PF has closed his account (that is, by taking his entire money out of PF account). Then should he mention having old PF in Form 11 or can he do away with PF and start taking higher salary from the new firm (New firm has PF)?
