Member superannuated as soon as completed 58 years of age. He is being continued under the same designation but does not want to continue to contribute PF from the day of Superannuation. For the discontinuation after superannuation, whether the member needs to give any letter requesting not to deduct PF contribution in lieu of superannuation
What is the requirement on the part of the employer to authenticate the superannuation on further not deducting the contribution of PF?
Some Members who attained superannuation is continued to contribute PF even now. What is the requirement on the part of the employer to maintain records..
Pl highlight whether the PF regulation limiting on the remittance of contribution up to superannuation i.e 58 Years and to contribute further on PF.
