In one of my organizations, my employer made some changes in the business plan and asked me to leave, stating that my performance was not up to mark. They did not follow any PIP process nor gave me a valid reason. The organization did provide me with 30 days' notice. However, I still feel it was unfair.

Please suggest if I can write an email to the labor commissioner complaining about the same.

@ Tuhin, PIP is not a defined process by law. The company is following the termination clause mentioned in your appointment letter, which requires giving 1 month notice. In this case, it would be better to reach a mutual agreement with the company.
