Dear All, I m Chirag Parmar. My English is a little bit poor, sorry for that.
I am working in a good company now with a good salary but in starting a career I felt I got as much as contract labour paid. My question is non-technical.
My question is Why the company pay equal or around its salary (around 8000 to 10000 per month) to persons who have the Master / Graduate degree and labour in starting his career. Is their no any value of degree?? (Contract labour (10th or 12 passed/Fail) salary is 325*26 = 8,450/- and Degreed person receive nearby amount )
The person who has the Master / Graduate degree has suffered from many consequences and so much money to get a degree.
Is both same??? Is there any rules and regulations for that?
Please solve my query. Thank You
