Dear Sir/Mam, My Sister is working as a nurse on a contractual basis for more than 10 years in a government hospital. She has completed a nursing course from Govt. nursing council only. There are 3 times she applied for permanent employment. Once she got selected in the waiting list in the open category in 2008, but that time they converted 8 open vacancies in OBC vacancies. Taken other candidates as they did strike during that period. So deprived her opportunity to get permanent employment. Please guide can we file a case on the basis of more than 10 years on contractual employment.
