The Tamil Nadu Rationalisation Of Forms And Reports Under Certain Labour Laws Rules, 2020:
The Government of Tamil Nadu vide notification No. G.O. (Ms) No.111 has implemented The Tamil Nadu Rationalisation of Forms and Reports under Certain Labour Laws Rules, 2020.
As per this rules, the following important compliances forms for i) registration, ii) renewal, iii) notice of commencement by principle employer/contractor, iv) notice of completion by principle employer/contractor have been consolidated and amended under -
1) The Tamil Nadu Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975,
2) The Tamil Nadu Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006,
3) The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Tamil Nadu) Rules, 1983.
