What should be preparation before sitting for a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) / Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS) meeting if company is going to be closed.
Sir my company has announced to hand over to another company without any employees.
Now company has asked for VSS to union but company is not providing details of agreement with the other/ new company.
As a Union what can I do?
How can we prepare for meeting of VSS?
Please give me answers instead of giving suggestions or references of lawyers.
