Can not appreciate your query. What is the meaning of compensatory - off. It is an off- to be availed by an employee, as a result of his working in a company on holiday. Hence quite naturally an employee can avail compensatory off for any working day, only after he worked in a company in weekly off day or any festival /national holiday.
