Dear Seniors, Please put some expert views on my question below.
I'm working in a hospital and all employees mark attendance on the machine. Only the Medical Director does not mark attendance on the machine.
He reports to C.E.O. of the hospital and C.E.O. himself marks attendance. Medical Director is reluctant to mark attendance. Should Medical Director go with hospital policy or may have some flexibility in policy as far as his position is concerned.
We have already issued a circular regarding the attendance of employees that we will not consider those form annual increments/promotions who don't mark attendance.
Please respond with your expert views.
Regards.
