Hi, suggested general circular may be in these lines - free to amend-

Dear Colleagues,
At the outset, we believe, you & family are keeping good health & safe in these days of unprecedented pandemic.
In order to activate and fight the imminent danger threatening us, our near & dear, it’s our social responsibility not only averting any possibility of afflicting ourselves but also preventing the spread in our proximity. Therefore please inform HR dept. or your Lead/HoD promptly of any symptoms felt such as fever, rising body temperature over 98.6˚F/37˚C, body pain, dysentery, dry cough then difficulty in breathing and so on, of course in addition summoning medical care. Needless to say, experiencing these initial symptoms or asymptomatic doesn’t mean necessarily an infection of COVID virus unless & until Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR) tests shall be carried out by experts testify the infection being positive. Whilst, equally essential on our part curb spreading the infection in and around our dwellings and en-route work places as well. Timely diagnose, (home) quarantine and hospitalisation, adherence to stipulated SOP fighting the spread, if and when necessary only can save us from the ignominy of some sort of banishment by others apart from risking our own life and of dear ones. You live at a time that required curable vaccination or drugs still in R&D stage. So, thus call for proactive action on your part and every one should come forward, intimate us immediately when even slightest indication is felt either in you or among your family, neighbours/bylanes so that timely follow up action/arrangement deemed necessary could be taken up.
We seek your sincere cooperation and compliance in time without any letup. Negligence might result in avoidable unpleasant action, for an act of indiscipline to say the least. Wish you safe and healthy future ahead of us.

Hi Everyone,
Good afternoon.
At the outset, we believe, you & family are keeping good health & safe in these days of unprecedented pandemic.
COVID-19 symptoms: If any of your team members has even the slightest symptoms (e.g. cough, fever, difficulty breathing) ask them to consult the doctor. Be discreet; we don’t want to make anyone feel uncomfortable. This is a pandemic outbreak; it’s not anyone’s fault if they get infected, but we do need to minimize the risk. So, contact HR are your reporting manager as soon as possible we are always available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. If you’re unsure about something, simply ask and we’ll find a way to make it work for everyone. Above all, we want to remain safe, healthy and calm.
We seek your sincere cooperation and compliance in time without any letup. Wish you safe and healthy future ahead of us.

Hi Nelsn,
I think it's ok, you may proceed. However, before hand you have to come to terms, what action you would take once you receive an intimation from your colleagues about the infection, as a follow up. Those step by step 'do's & don't' probably should be formalised by preparing a document, SOP like, and get it approved by your competent authorities so that commissions and omissions are averted. This I'm suggesting as hospitalisation at the golden hours became a nightmare for those infected as we see in Whatsup shares & media when beds/ICU facilities are not freely available. Good luck to you & ur team.
