Hi, One of my friend has not come to office for last couple of months due to regular absent his company marked absent and shows 30 days as NCP days in PF ECR for May and June . As per my friend he has resigned on 15-05-2020 but due to some technical issue due to lockdown and shifting of his old company they had received resignation 4th of July in between he has joined in the company on 25-05-2020 & PF is applicable in the this company also. Now the question is which exit date to updated for online transfer of PF as due to absent his contribution is nil for May and June in previous company.
Kindly advice so that smooth online transfer can be done .
