Hello Shaveta,
It depends on the topic /subject of the policy. If you want to implement it while employees are doing WFH, then it must be related with their working - I believe so.
What is important is conducting on line meeting of employees to brief on the policy guidelines and asking their inputs before finalizing it.
The policy should consider employees' working conditions at present (place, hours, workload etc.) in view of practical implementation.

As suggested by Parkhi Ma'am, implementation of any new policy during Work From Home (WFM) calls for due prudence, after taking in to account all its pros & cons, including constraints and feasibility etc. The most important aspect that needs to be taken care of is its practicability and desired effect of policy's objective.

Though initially WFM was found to be welcome change for many, oflate the mood of involved employees are gradually changing towards in favour of working in office environment due to obvious reasons. Various freelancers started analysing the impact thru' surveys, collecting & studying the responses from employees and employers as well. While quiet a no.of employers also started feeling the advantages of WFM, especially those involved in IT sector where they would have the advantage of remote login thru' cloud arrangements and net saving in day-to-day maintenance & estt.charges. Some of the establishments started vacating their big premises hired thus poised to save considerable rental charges, power, canteen, logistics etc. I may continue to post articles appearing on this aspects in due course.
